Not going to lie, I hate doing it. But I’ve realized that if I don’t, I will not make healthy diet decisions.

Meal prepping takes the temptation out of the day by already deciding what I’m going to eat. Here you see a typical work day of food.

  • Smoothie (Straweberries and Spinach) for breakfast

  • Protein Bar and Mandarins for morning snack

  • Sandwich and Protein Shake for lunch

  • Unsalted Nuts and Raisins for afternoon snack

  • Homemade Veggie & Bean Chili for dinner

  • Protein Shake for evening snack
