walks are chilly!

Most of my walks are taking place on the treadmill right now because it’s just too cold and windy out. I’ve got to be honest, I miss walking down to the river, but it’s quite nice walking in the garage, watching some cool movies or podcast videos.

Two days ago however, the sun was shining around 2pm, so I asked Pequeño if he wanted to go for a walk, and he was stoked. I was happy to get a little fresh air with my little furry friend, but it was way too cold for both of us.

Point is though, even if it’s cold, or rainy, or miserable outside, we still have to find ways to get going and get active!
