storytime with lox & drag-on

I never had the opportunity to meet DMX in person. Did a couple phone interviews with him and he was always great to talk to. I did however get to interview and hang with the Lox and Drag-On from the Ruff Ryders Family.

The Lox and Drag-On were all featured on the classic DMX album, It’s Dark and Hell Is Hot. I remember they talked about the album with me and shared that DMX inspired each of them to put their everything into their music. I asked them about their relationship with DMX and Sheek Louch from the Lox said, “there is no one in this game that can touch X (DMX), PERIOD”.
