Let’s go back to Summer, 1997. I was a year out of high school and early in my dj career. Growing up right next to Vallejo, I was always checking for every rapper / group coming out of the 707. I knew about these guys from hearing them on several E-40 albums, but I was super stoked when this album dropped.
